Part of the trail was "primitive" and involved hiking along rock fins.

ReplyDeleteif you trek back through Utah, there is a slot canyon near Goblin valley State Park (which is eerily full of "hoodoos", and worth an overnight). The slot canyon is called "Little Wild Horse Canyon", and is well worth the stop (during the dry season)
